Panis troglodyte has evolved from a small bread recipe blog into what is now this website.
Here you will find not only how to bake bread but hopefully find inspiration for new recipes and, for new cooks and bakers, how to develop skills and confidence.

Because the recipes are written as a narrative I’ve highlighted all the ingredients and cooking times in red. I promise you I’m not that person who writes odd letters in a turquoise pen to people.
